    Abstract

    Different wax pattern assembly design aimed at structural features of different castings can ensure convenient coating and stuccoing, favor hardening and drying of shell mold, avoid pileup of coating and bubble in shell mold. Also, the wax smooth removal from shell mold and higher technological yield of castings should be ensured in the design of gating system.
