针对不同的铸件结构特点

采用不同的蜡模组装方案

以保证涂料、撒砂方便

有利于型壳硬化和干燥

避免涂料堆积、以及产生气泡豆等缺陷。铸造方案设计还应该保证型壳排蜡通畅和有较高的铸件工艺出品率

Different wax pattern assembly design aimed at structural features of different castings can ensure convenient coating and stuccoing

favor hardening and drying of shell mold

avoid pileup of coating and bubble in shell mold. Also

the wax smooth removal from shell mold and higher technological yield of castings should be ensured in the design of gating system.
