摘要

通过对熔模铸造制模、制壳工艺的分析

应用复合工艺技术代替传统工艺

铸件表面粗糙度达到Ra 6 .3～ 3.2

尺寸精度达到CT6～CT5 ;目前已开发 6 0余种汽车精铸件应用复合工艺生产

全部取消机械加工

每年为东风汽车公司节约制造成本 2 0 0余万元。工艺改进包括调整石蜡硬脂酸模料的成分、提高压蜡压力、采用硅溶胶水玻璃复合型壳工艺等。

Abstract

Surface roughness and dimensional accuracy reach up to Ra 6.3～3.2 and CT6 ～ CT5 respectively for the casting obtained by compound casting process substitutive for conventional process based on analysis of wax pattern making and shell making process in investment casting. At present

the developed compound technology has been used for over 69 kinds of precision castings free from machining in investment casting. Developed compound technology contained the adjustment of wax-ethyl silicate pattern component

increase in the pressure for wax pressurization and use of silicate sol-sodium silicate compound technology for mold shell making.
