摘要

介绍了用托辊式离心铸造机铸造外径80mm

内径45mm

长度 10 0 0mm的小口径厚壁ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢离心铸管

用以代替棒材生产耐蚀机械密封挡圈。生产出的铸件符合耐蚀密封挡圈的技术要求。

Abstract

Thick-walled ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel pipe with small caliber of  80 mm external diameter and  45 mm internal diameter and 1 000 mm length is made in centrifugal casting to substitute for steel bar to make hubcap with corrosion resistance. The casting pipe meets technological requirements of sealing hubcap with corrosion resistance.
