Effects of Density Gradient of ZL104 Foam Alloy on Compressive Properties
摘要
采用渗流铸造法制备开孔泡沫ZL1 0 4合金和泡沫工业纯铝
对制备的两种泡沫铸块中不同部位的密度进行了检测
发现其中存在着自上而下的密度梯度
先凝固与后凝固部位之间的密度差异较显著。另外
对不同密度的泡沫ZL1 0 4合金及泡沫纯铝进行了压缩试验
结果表明 :密度对压缩力学性能和吸能性具有显著影响 ;泡沫ZL1 0 4合金的密度低于泡沫纯铝
但其压缩力学性能和吸能性均比后者高
Abstract
Open cell ZL104 foam aluminum alloy and aluminum foam were prepared with in filtration process. The measurement of the density in v arious position found that there exists density gradient from top to bottom in b oth of fabricated foam blocks and the distinct difference between the densities in different regions depends on the solidification sequence. Moreover
the compr essive experiments for ZL104 foam alloy and aluminum foam with different densi ties were conducted. The results showed that the density has a significant effec t on compressive and energy absorbing behavior. Although the density of Z L104 foam alloy is lower than that of the pure aluminum foam
the former has h igher compressive and energy absorbing behavior than the latter.
