引进国外消失模成套设备后

迅速实现发泡模具的国产化是扩大铸造产量的关键之一。安徽合力股份有限公司依托华中科技大学

在实施发泡模具国产化的进程中经历了 3个阶段。 3年来共开发出 6种箱体铸件的发泡模具

不仅满足了本集团的需求

还为国内外其他企业配套生产箱体类铸件

使消失模铸造不断发挥效益。

Abstract

Based on the imported key equipments from foreign countries in lost foam casting

we in cooperation with Anhui Fork-Lift Group have engaged in research and development of foam tools making since the year 1998. Over the years

8 sets of different foam tools for housing casting have been developed to meet our own demands and to supply other enterprise with the foam tools for housing castings at home and abroad

which enabled the equipments on line to full loading factor.
