Working Hardening Characteristics of Cu-Ni-Si-Cr Alloy

结合时效过程中组织的变化规律
研究了Cu Ni Si Cr合金在不同冷变形量下的加工硬化效应及其对合金组织性能的影响。结果表明
由于位错密度增加
位错缠结导致了加工硬化 ;合金在中温区 (4 0 0~ 45 0℃ )时效时
有较高的加工硬化率 ;加工硬化率随温度降低而显著升高。
Abstract
Effects of cold hardening on the aged microstructure and property of Cu-Ni-Si-Cr alloy with different cold deformation rate was studied by means of micro-hardness measurement.The results showed that working hardening resulted from the increase in dislocation density responsible for dislocation tangle. The alloy possessed higher working hardening degree during ageing at middle temperature interval (400~450 ℃). The working hardening degree rose remarkablely with decreasing temeprature.
