There were 45 reports and three hot points on three E PC syposiums held in America and Germany in 2001-2003:1.Research on elimination of casting defects for Al alloy;2.Improvement of molding tool and of pattern makin g blank;3.An approach to simulation of EPC and rapid prototyping.An introduction of enterpriese status in EPC at home and broad was listed in tables.Three gaps in EPC between China and foreign countries were suggested.
