摘要
通过对LY12合金法兰盘零件结构的分析
根据LY12合金的特点
采用挤压铸造工艺方法
设计了适用 8种规格法兰盘通用毛坯
通用毛坯属于下法兰盘结构 ;成型模具采用的浮动式凹模套结构
通过压缩法兰盘厚度
实现了整体加压成形
即保证了铸件的尺寸
又实现了对浇注量无须精确控制。精化毛坯用于后续加工
使加工周期缩短到原工艺的 1/7
材料消耗不到原工艺的 1/5
大大提高了材料的利用率
减少了加工工时
降低了加工成本。所加工出的法兰盘零件满足了设计使用要求。
Abstract
The general bland in squeezing casting was produced based on the analysis of LY12 alloy flange structure.It is found that the squeezing casting can be used to produce flange component with LY12 alloy.The machined flange can not only meet the designing requirement but also improve the utilization efficiency of materials decrease in working time\|comsumption and machining cost.
