而伸长率仅下降了 9%
在试验中加入Al2 (SO4) 3 熔剂不仅细化Al2 O3 陶瓷颗粒
而且还起到辅助精炼和分散陶瓷相作用
Abstract
The (Al 2O 3)/Al composites were prepared by in situ reaction method. The generated uniformly distributed Al 2O 3 particle possessed large dispersitity without accumulation or segregation. The analysis of microstructure of prepared composites showed that (Al 2O 3) P and matrix were well bonded and appeared no of new phase in interface. It is found that the tensile strength of the composites was increased by 25.6% while the elongation was only decreased by 9%. The addition of Al 2(SO 4) 3 can not only refine Al 2O 3 particles but also fovor refinement and dispersion of ceramic phase.
