Reclamation and Recycle of Silica Sol Mold Shell Molding Waste
摘要
研究了废弃硅溶胶型壳经破碎、磁选和筛分后的物相组成
以及重新将其制成硅溶胶型壳的强度、荷重变形和透气性等性能
并与煤矸石硅溶胶型壳的性能进行了比较。结果表明
未焙烧的型壳废物不能直接回用
经焙烧的和浇注后的型壳废弃物可作为型壳背层材料被回收利用
Abstract
Silica sol mold shell waste was crushed
magnetic alloy selected and screened out.The phase composition and the pro perties(strength
load ed deformation and permeability)of the reclaimed silica sol mold shell were inve stigated in comparison with that of molochite silica sol mold shell.The results showed that the unbaked mold shell waste can’t be reclaimed and recycled directl y while the used baked poured mold shell waste can be reclaimed and recycled for backing materials of the mold shell.
