摘要
采用差压铸造法成功制备了圆棒状与板片状的Cu47Ti3 4Zr11Ni8块体非晶合金
研究了合金的热稳定性。在试验条件下
Cu47Ti3 4Zr11Ni8块体非晶合金棒状试样的最大直径可达 3mm
板片状试样的最大厚度可达 1mm。该成分块体非晶合金具有良好的热稳定性
其玻璃转变温度Tg =672K
晶化温度Tx1=73 5K
过冷液相区△Tx =63K
约化玻璃温度Trg=0 .5 75。
Abstract
By self\|developed differential vacuum pressure casting technology Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 bulk amorphous alloy with the shape of rod and sheet was prepared
and the thermal stability of the amorphous alloy was examined. The results showed that the rod sample with maximum diameters up to 3 mm and the sheet sample with maximum thickness up to 1 mm can be obtained. The amorphous alloy with glass transition temperature ( T g) 672 K
crystallization temperature ( T x1) 735 K
temperature interval of supercooled liquid region △ T x 63 K and reduced glass transition temperature ( T rg ) 0.575 has excellent thermal stability.
