摘要

高Zn含量（质量分数）的Al 11.8Zn 2 .9Mg 2 .6Cu 1.17Li合金铸态组织的晶界处存在大量第二相。 470℃均匀化2 4h后

仍有大量网状分布的晶界相存在。由于晶界相在 490℃开始熔化

很难通过提高固溶处理温度使它溶入基体。X 射线和EDX分析发现

晶界相富含Zn和Cu且与Al5Li3 Cu相结构相同

很可能是一种准晶相。

Abstract

There exists a large amounts of second phases in grain boundary of as cast microstructure of Al-11.8Zn-2.9Mg-2.6Cu- 1.17Lialloy containing high Zn. A lot of network phase still remain in grain boundary after homogenization at 420 ℃ for 24 h.It is difficult to dissolve the phase into the matrix by solid solution treatment at elevated temperature due to its low melting point at 490 ℃.It is found by X-rays and EDX that the phases rich in Zn and Cu is possible quasicrystal with similar structure to Al 5Li 3Cu phase.
