Experiment on Soldering-resistance of Die Materials in Die Casting
摘要
叙述了钨基合金在铝合金液中的抗蚀性试验情况。结果表明
钨基合金对铝合金液的抗蚀性能比 3Cr2W8V钢和45号钢高
在 64 0~ 740℃的温度范围内提高达 10倍以上
所以钨基合金可用来做深腔或在浇道开设时不能避免合金液冲刷型面的模具材料
对形状复杂的薄壁件则更为有利
Abstract
Experiment on corrosion resistance of W based alloy in liquid Al alloy was conduced. The results showed that corrosion resistance of W based alloy in liquid Al alloy is superior to 3Cr2W8V and 45# steel
especially higher by about 10 times than those of 3Cr2W8V and 45# steel at temperature ranging from 640 to 740℃. Therefore
W based alloy can be used for the die with deep cavity or the die surface subjected to washing away from liquid alloy during ingate setup
and especially for the die in thin walled complicated casting.
