Anti-Frictional Characteristic of New Complex Al-bronze Cu14Al
摘要
对高铝青铜Cu 14Al的铸态组织在干摩擦和油润滑两种状态下
及高铝青铜Cu 14Al热处理前后油润滑下
进行摩擦磨损对比试验。结果表明
高铝青铜Cu 14Al不适合在干摩擦条件下使用
加 2 0 #润滑油后
其他条件不变
摩擦因素由 0 .5 2 6~ 0 .684下降为 0 .13 8~ 0 .161
磨损质量损失降为干摩擦下的 3 .7%左右
对铸态组织在 860~ 90 0℃固溶处理和 5 60~ 60 0℃时效处理后
与铸态时相比
摩擦因素由 0 .13 8~ 0 .161下降为 0 .0 2 2~ 0 .0 3 8
磨损质量损失下降为铸态油润滑下的 40 %左右。
Abstract
As-cast structure of high Al-bronze were compared under dry friction with under oil-lubricant friction. Also anti-frictional characteristics of as-cast and heat treated Al-bronze Cu14Al were compared under oil-lubricant condition.The results showed that high Al bronze Cu14Alx was un-suitable for dry friction. Under oil lubricant condition the friction coefficient decreased from 0.526~0.684 to 0.138~0.161 and wear mass-loss decreased up to about 3.7% of that under dry friction.Frictional coefficient of solid solution treated alloy at 860~900 ℃ with ageing at 560~ 600 ℃ decreased from 0.138~0.161 to 0.022~0.038 and frictional mass-loss decreased up to about 40% compared with that of as-cast alloy under oil lubricated condition.
