Abstract
The improved surface quality of belt whell parts resulted from the die made in vacuum die casting. The part has no deformation with double drawing core mechansim instead of single one in the mould. The key designing factors and running principle were expounded and the processing parameters and practical mould structure were given to improve the manufacturing technology of the mould based on the analysis of belt wheel part in die casting technology.
