摘要

水玻璃工艺生产是一个多环节、多因素的生产过程。根据多年经验

要生产出优质的铸件就必须注意生产过程的多个细小的环节 :如蜡模必须经过洗涤

消除蜡屑和油污 ;模料要定期检测酸值

以补加硬脂酸 ;涂料的表面活性剂要控制适当 ;在使用氯化镁硬化液时

要提高酸度

针对其特点要勤添、少量。只有全面地、细致地控制各工艺环节的操作

才能生产出优质铸件

Abstract

Now

sodium silicate binder for mold shell making in i n vestment casting is still widely used. The improved technology for prevention fr om steel leakage in small hole and wash water in surface layer as well as for co ntrolling the shell quality is favorable for the cost drop of raw materials and short ened productive period.
