摘要

结合工厂实际生产条件

应用所开发的基于FT STAR的熔模铸造模拟软件对一拖集团公司精铸厂生产的铸钢件（前气囊上支架）的缩孔缩松缺陷进行了预测

并将预测结果与实际铸件的超声波探伤报告进行了对比分析。证明计算结果能较好地反映实际情况 ;同时

应用该软件对铸件的浇注系统进行了工艺优化

为工厂进行工艺的改进和优化提供了科学依据。

shrinkage hole/porosity of a steel casting in investment casting was predicted by a developed solidification simulation software based on FT-STAR. The simulated results were well in agreement with the results of practical castings in ultrasonic detection. Meanwhile

the gating system of the casting was optimized to provide a reference for improving the technology by applying the software.
