合金必须具有良好的铸造性能才能铸出完整的牙冠。在前期新型牙科用Ti合金开发工作基础上
试验采用纯钛铸造系统制备出了新型牙科用Ti合金牙冠
经肉眼观察及X光检查
表明不存在表面和内部铸造缺陷
牙冠合格
能够满足义齿件铸造成型要求
Abstract
The factors influencing the application of a potenti al dental material should include not only the mechanical property
biocompatili ty
corrosion resistance and cost
but also the casting forming
which has to be excellent and most important for perfect crest making in false tooth casting. B ased on previously developed dental Ti alloy
crest was produced actually by us ing pure Ti casting system. X-ray detection and visual observation indicated th at qualified crest casting free from inner and outer casting defects can meet th e requirement of false tooth casting forming.
