摘要
介绍了采用有限差分法求解铸轧中铸轧辊辊套温度场及铸轧区温度场
其中铝熔体凝固时相变潜热的释放采用热焓法来进行处理
得到了铸轧区及辊套温度场分布情况
并结合优化方法求得了辊带界面的平均换热系数为8.14kW/(m2 ·℃ )。
Abstract
The finite differential method is adopted to resolve the temperature fields of both roller sleeve and strip during twin roller casting rolling.The release of the solidification latent heat of molten aluminum is dealt with an enthalpy model.The distribution of temperature field of roller sleeve and strip have been obtained.The average interfacial heat transfer coeffiecient [8140 W/(m 2·℃)]between rolling strip and roller sleeve is obtained by FDM combined with opmization.
