研究了自制的Al 5Ti 0 .2 5C中间合金对AlMg10合金的细化效应。结果表明
Al 5Ti 0 .2 5C中间合金对AlMg10合金有良好的细化效果。当加入中间合金的质量分数达到 0 .2 %
在 670℃的浇注温度下保温 5min时
AlMg10合金平均晶粒尺寸由 65 0 μm变为 71μm
综合细化效果达到最好。
Abstract
We developed a Al5Ti0.25C master alloy to refine the AlMg10 alloy. The results show that the Al5Ti0.25C master alloy can significantly refine the AlMg10 alloy. Average grain size can change from 650 μm to 71μm with 0.2% addition of Al5Ti0.25C for 5 min at 670 ℃
