摘要
以浙江宇达化工有限公司生产的FS Ⅱ型快干硅溶胶为对象
研究了快干硅溶胶的适用性、干燥能力等特点
同时也试验总结了空气流动对面层型壳干裂的影响。试验发现
FS Ⅱ型快干硅溶胶比普通硅溶胶的涂挂性能好
型壳过渡层经4~5h干燥后
即可涂挂下一层
而普通硅溶胶型壳过渡层干燥时间需10~12h。
Abstract
The characteristics of flexibility
drying ability were researched aiming at FS-II rapidly dried sol silicate.The effects of air-flow on the surface crack-drying of shell-molding were measured.The results show that compared with tranditional sol silicate
the FS-II rapidly dried sol silicate possesses better brushing-coating ability.Before next layer being brushed
the transition layer only need to be dried for 4~5 h with FS-II sol silicate while for 10~12 h with tranditional sol silicate.
