Abstract
The effects of some processing parameters on the density of pressure-reduction solidification sample were approached based on detecting the quality of liquid aluminum by SGJ-I type instrument.An optimized processing parameters can be obtained by examining corresponding relation of the density value of the pressure-reduction solidification sample with the grade of pin-hole degree of the sample in sand mold.And the results verified the reliability and stability of the instrument for detecting the refining effects in practice.
