摘要

轮毂是汽车和摩托车上极为重要的行驶部件与安全部件

应具有良好的综合力学性能

在正常行驶过程中不应发生变形与疲劳失效

并能在意外冲击中充分吸收能量

以保证驾乘者安全。目前

铸造仍然是轮毂的主要成形方法。从轮毂的制造工艺过程控制的关键要素出发

介绍了轮毂的几种铸造成形方法

并对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较。

Abstract

The casting process is still mainly used for the wheels of automobile and motorbike at present. Some casting methods for the wheels were reviewed. The merits and deficiency of these methods were compared from the viewpoint of key technical factors of processing control.
