Abstract

Three kinds of normal solidification Ni-Al series binary peritectic alloys were prepared by electric arc smelting with Ar protection.The microstructure and phase constituent of these alloys were investigated by DSC,SEM and linear scanning.The resutls show that the α-Al phase segregating in the boundary of metastable phase appears in the solidification phase due to restricted peritectic reaction resulting in the obvious hysteresis of peritectic solidification during normal Ni-Al alloy solidification process.

摘要

选取了Ni Al系 3种成分的包晶合金

采用氩气保护电弧熔炼的方法得到试样。利用差热分析、扫描电镜及线扫描的方法对其显微组织和微区成分进行了分析。研究表明 :在Ni Al合金以 2 0℃ /min的速度凝固过程中

包晶反应受到了很大程度的抑制 ;包晶相与共晶相之间出现了一个富Al区。

Abstract
