摘要

研究了高铝锌基合金在润滑条件下摩擦磨损试验过程中出现增重现象的原因

发现该类合金具有较强的贮存、吸附润滑油的作用

通过加热可以使吸附在合金中的润滑油燃烧、挥发

从而得到合理的、准确的试验数据。

Abstract

The reason for Zn build up in lubricated frictional wear test of high Al-Zn base alloy was studied. It was found that the alloy has a strong ability to store and absorb lubricant. The reasonalbe and accurate testing data can be acquired through combusting and volatilizing lubricant absorbed in the alloy by heating.
