The oversea controlling techniques of advanced wax-press to processing parameters

including wax temperature

were introduced.Temperature-sensor was directly inserted into wax to accurately control the temperature of the wax.Thermo-couple was set near cavity surface of pressing mold through separating pressing mold from pressing plate

which was an optimum method to control cavity temperature of the pressing mold.Injection pressure

wax flow velocity and filling pressure as well as impaction pressure should be controlled respectively.The computer program control and real-time control were introduced.
