摘要

FG沙滩车气缸盖组合铸件生产初期

经常出现浇不足、缩孔、缩松、散热片变形等铸造缺陷

通过增加叶片厚度以及在生产中减小升液压力等工艺改进措施

上述铸造缺陷大为减少甚至消失

铸件良品率大幅度提高。

Abstract

Casting defects

including misrun

shrinkage hole

shrinkage porosity and deformation of radiator often appear in initial production of cylinder cover of FG sand bus. The defects can be significantly reduced or eliminated by increasing blade thickness and reducing pressure for elevating liquid metal

so as to improve the sound parts rate.
