研制合金轴瓦的蓝宝石疲劳强度提高了 3 0 %~ 40 %
达到 10 0~ 115MPa水平
和国外同类产品相当。
Abstract
The whole of casting technology for developed Al 10 Sn 3Si 2PbCu bush with high properties was well known. Using present equipments
including melting
casting and rolling
and optimizing casting technology
the yield of the rolled strip reached to more than 93%.Compared with conventional Al 20 SnCu alloy
the fatigue value with sapphire fatigue testing is higher by 30%~40% attaining to 100~115 MPa equivalent to foreign counterpart.
