摘要

给出了微电机转子实用的模具结构和压铸工艺

论述了模具的设计要点。采用镶块、镶套结构

不仅节省模具钢

而且改善了模具的排气性

提高了产品的质量。

Abstract

A practical mould structure and die casting technology for micro-motor rotor were presented. The key factors for the mould design was expounded. Not only the tool steel can be saved but also the venting quality of the mould and the product quality can be improved by means of fixed block and fixed sleeve structure.
