摘要

介绍了我公司在应用碱性酚醛树脂砂工艺生产汽轮发电机铝合金铸件导风环的过程中

对制芯工艺进行的改进。就原有的制芯工艺在生产中存在的问题进行分析、改进

在这一过程中

先后试验了石膏模、金属模和EPS泡沫模的风叶模型

但是效果都不理想;最后选定树脂砂制芯工艺解决了这一问题。并利用计算机实体造型和模拟技术进行工艺方案的验证和优化。

Abstract

Improvement of core-making technology was conducted by adopting basic phenolic resin sand for aluminum alloy air guide ring in the turbogenerator produced by Harbin Rlectric Machine Co.

LTD.The problems in production with initial core-making technology were analyzed and improved

in which it was undisirable to use gypsum mold

metal mold and EPS foam pattern respectively while was disirable to use resin sand.The validation and optimization of the technological plans were performed by computer body molding and numerical simulation.
