Abstract
Polymer reinforced rapidly-dried sol silicate and fibre reinforced rapidly-dried sol silicate from oversea were introduced.A series of polymer reinforced sol silicates with common features including greatly shortened drying time among molding shell layers
high green strength and temperature strength
low residual strength as well as easy shell-releasing were developed.Fibre reinforced rapidly dried sol silicate is a bonding agent developed by the end of last century
whose features include strong adhersion to wax-pattern and sand particle and good permeability and short dry time due to the enhancement of organic fibre.
