可以大大缩短制壳周期
由于能够准确控制干燥间的温度和湿度
因而型壳质量好、效率高、能耗低。
Abstract
Manipulator for shell making has experienced the developed stages from mechanical transmission to hydraulic transmission to high automation.The new-type manipulator developed abroad can not only operate fabrication of the coating slurry
and stucco but also possess the features of smooth operation for shell making and reliable use and low noise.The wide use of full closed drying system for shell mold and various rapidly dried sol silicate can greatly shorten the period of shell making
by which the higher shell quality with high efficiency and low consumption can be realized due to exactly control the temperature and humidity of the dry workshop.
