Abstract

A fast quantitative measurement meter for hydrogen content in aluminum melt has been developed by using high sensitive micro-pressure sensor and corresponding control circuit based on the first bubble theory.The structure and performance of the system were expounded.The measuring system is reliable for measurements of hydrogen content in aluminum alloy by practical verification.
