摘要

利用JSCAST软件能够很好地模拟铸件的成形过程

对铸件成形过程中可能产生的缺陷及其位置能进行较为准确的预测。针对模拟结果

对铸件内部产生的缩孔（缩松）缺陷分析

提出了改变浇口位置与优化零件结构相结合的解决措施

有效的避免了缩孔缺陷的发生

实现了利用计算机数值模拟来改进工艺方案

达到提高产品质量、获得优质挤压铸造件的目的。

Abstract

JSCAST was utilized to simulate the casting process pertinently

it can predict casting defects and its position accurately.According to the simulation result

the paper presented measures through changing the position of the gate and optimizing the structure of part to eliminate the shrinkages（porosity）.Numerical simulation can be utilized to improve the craft scheme and the quality of product.
