研究了压铸工艺参数包括压射压力为380

20MPa、压铸模温度为130

.4m/s对AM50镁合金力学性能的影响。在适宜的工艺参数下

压铸AM50镁合金的室温抗拉强度、屈服强度以及伸长率分别可以达到238MPa、122MPa和13.6%。

Abstract

Effects of processing parameters

including injection pressure at 380～420 MPa

mould temperature at 130～210 ℃ and punch velocity at 1.8～3.4 m/s

on the mechanical properties of AM50 Mg alloy in die casting were investigated.With proper processing parameters

the tensile strength

yield strength and elongation at room temperature of the AM50 Mg alloy can reach 238 MPa

122 MPa and 13.6%

respectively.
