采用有限元模拟与试验研究相结合的方法
研究了液固挤压复合材料工艺过程的模具温度场
得到了模具温度沿径向和纵向随时间变化的曲线
分析了模具温度变化规律及其对成形过程的影响。结果表明
在浸渗保压和挤压过程中
挤压筒各处温度变化的总趋势是先升后降
在同一高度下
内侧比外侧温度变化更为剧烈;成形模温度的变化趋势是上部内侧比下部外侧变化要大
挤压后期各部位温度分布逐渐趋于一致。模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好
说明所建模型的有效性
为优化模具设计和液-固挤压复合材料工艺的实际应用提供了理论依据。
Abstract
The mould temperature field during liquid-solid extrusion was researched by theoretical analysis combining with experimental testing. The curves of mould axial and radial temperature -time were obtained. The change of mould temperatures and its effects on the formation process were analyzed. The simulated results was well in agreement with experimental ones
showing the effectiveness of the model and providing a theoretical basis for optimizing mould design and practical application of composites in liquid-solid extruding casting.
