颗粒增强金属基复合材料具有良好的综合力学性能

在航空、航天、兵器、汽车工业中有着广阔应用前景。近年来用雾化沉积技术制备金属基复合材料逐渐受到了重视

喷射沉积的金属基复合材料组织均匀

性能优异。阐述了这一方法的基本原理

并介绍了这一工艺在国内外的一些最新发展趋势。

Abstract

Particulate reinforced metal matrix composites （PRMMCs） have superior comprehensive mechanical properties

and are widely applied in aeronautical engineering

military and automobile industries.Great attentions have been paid to the investigation of the man-ufacturing of PRMMCs by the spray forming in recent years.It was indicated that the spray formed metal matrix composites have a dense microstructure and excellent mechanical properties.The present status and future tendency of the spray foring for PRMMCs were introduced.
