    Abstract

    Effects of cooling rate on eutectic microstructure of Zn-(0.24Ni) alloy for hot dip galvanization were investigated.Coarse,fine rod-like and divorced eutectic structures were formed respectively in the condition of furnace cooling,air cooling and water cooling in iron mold.The conditions forming lamellar,rod-like or divorced eutectic structure in the alloy were expounded.
