摘要
针对液固挤压复合材料成形工艺研究过程中存在操作难度大、各工具软件间的兼容性不强等问题
设计了液固挤压工艺仿真平台
并采用VC++作为开发工具
利用界面接口技术使仿真平台与ANSYS和Matlab软件实现无缝接合
对该工艺研究过程所用到的系统建模、参数预测、系统仿真模拟和数据采集等功能模块进行封装集成
建立了完整的液-固挤压复合材料工艺仿真平台。
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high difficulties operation and imcompatibility between tool softwares for simulating fabrication of MMC in liquid infiltration-extrusion process
a simulation platform of liquid infiltration-extrusion was built up
