采用该型芯已成功铸造出内腔具有狭缝的扁口喷嘴精铸件以及具有细长圆孔的锅炉喷嘴精铸件等。生产实践说明

磷酸盐粘结自硬型芯具有成形性能好、成本较低、使用方便等优点;同时指出

这一类型芯不能用金属型成型

型芯有不易脱模的缺点。

Abstract

The application of phosphate bindering self-hardening mold core in investment casting was introduced.Using the mold core

the nozzle with narrow gap and nozzle with long-fine round hole for boiler can be successfully manufactured.The practical verification shows that the mold core has the advantages of excellent forming ability and low cost as well as convenience

but the mold core is not easy to release from the mould in permanent mold casting.
