Preparation of MgO/Cu Composites by Casting Method
摘要
采用搅拌铸造的方法制备了MgO增强铜基复合材料
用光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察分析了材料的显微组织
测试了其力学性能
并用X射线衍射进行了物相分析。研究结果表明:随着MgO颗粒的加入
材料的强度、硬度明显提高
导电性下降
但在加入量超过一定值后
材料的强度急剧下降。当MgO含量为1.0%(质量分数)时
复合材料具有较好的综合性能
强度达到520MPa
电导率为53.51MS/m
软化温度在800℃以上。
Abstract
MgO particle reinforced Cu matrix composites were prepared by stirring-casting method.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were observed and measured by OM and SEM
meanwhile
the phase constituent of the composites was analyzed by X ray.The results show that the strength
hardness of the composites is greatly increased while the electric conductivity is decreased with increase the MgO addition
and strength of the composites is remarkably deteriorated with the MgO addition over a certain value.The strength
electric conductivity and soften temperature of composites is 520 MPa
