摘要

利用自行研制的高梯度定向凝固水平连铸设备对Cu-1.0Cr自生复合材料的制备过程进行了研究。结果表明

炉口温度、冷却强度、连铸速度等参数相互匹配对合金固液两相区的控制尤为重要

也直接影响连铸线材的表面质量和内在定向组织;在稳定凝固速率为245μm/s时

内部组织形貌为共晶相（α+β）

与初生α相平行、沿轴向均匀呈连续纤维层状排布

而在低速凝固过程中

初生α相呈现为胞状组织特征

其长大方向受热流方向的约束。

Abstract

We have developed a high gradient unidirectional solidification horizontal continuous casting apparatus to investigate the preparation process of Cu-Cr in-situ composites.It was revealed that inter-matching among parameters

including glory-hole temperature

cooling intensity and drawn velocity

has the significant effects not only on the control of liquid-solid zone but also on the surface quality and internal unidirectional structure of the Cu-Cr bar.With the drawn velocity keeping 245 μm/s

the microstructure is composed of eutectic （α+β） phase and primary α phase

in which the eutectic （α+β） phase is parallel to primary α phase

uniformly arranged along axial direction with the continuous fibres

while primary α phase exhibits cellular character at a low drawn velocity

restrained by thermal flow in growth direction.
