摘要

开发了锌合金在成型汽车灯壳模具所采用的实用性技术。先铸造汽车灯壳的铸铁凸模

再以铸铁凸模为基础

在凸模上直接浇注成型锌合金凹模。这种方法的特点是凹模型面尺寸比较准确、容易控制

而且由于凹模是低熔点合金

不会对凸模造成破坏。其制作过程为首先用灰口铸铁制成凸模

将制好的凸模放在平台上

根据凹模外形轮廓尺寸做围框

在凸模上涂一层涂料间隙层

再在围框周围用型砂密封

最后熔化锌合金进行浇注。成型后的模具经试模

一次成功

完全达到使用要求。通过以上方法

实现了快速、低成本的模具制作。

Abstract

Available technologies used in the manufacturing of mould for Zn alloy automobile’s light housing were analyzed. The mould were rapidly and low costly manufactured by adopting combined structure of cast iron convex mould and Zn alloy concave mould

and by controlling rational processing parameters and self-developed FX coating.
