摘要

对超声波在冶金及颗粒增强金属基复合材料制备过程中的应用进行了综述。认为超声波在细化金属凝固组织、防止成分偏析、去除夹杂和气体等方面都具有明显的作用。超声波在颗粒增强金属基复合材料制备过程中的主要作用是改善颗粒与合金液润湿性及颗粒分散的均匀性。总结了超声分离技术的机理及研究现状

提出一种很有发展潜力的采用超声分离技术制备颗粒增强金属基表面复合材料的新方法。

Abstract

The application of ultrasonic in metallurgy and preparation of MMCs in last years and the effects of ultrasonic on degassing and slag-removal in smelting as well as its mechanism were surveyed

and the problems and future tendency of the ultrasonic in the field were approached also. Meanwhile

ultrasonic separation and its application in MMCs were reviewed. Based on the mechanism above mentioned

a method to prepare the particle reinforced MMCs was proposed.
