摘要

将计算机图形技术应用到铸造生产线的设计中

提出铸造生产线三维设计的新方法。利用OpenGL和VisualC++

开发了一套适用于消失模铸造生产线的三维设计软件

并通过设计一条年产1500t钢铁铸件的消失模铸造生产线

展示了消失模铸造生产线三维设计的流程与效果。

Abstract

A new way of 3D design for lost foam casting production line was proposed through applying the computer graphics techniques. A 3D design software suitable for lost foam casting were developed based on OpenGl and Vi-sualC + + software. The procedure and effects of the 3D design was verified through a lost foam casting actual production line with 1500 tons cast steel castings per year.
