摘要

通过对环形喷嘴的生产实践

发现对于环形复杂薄壁零件

前两层采用硅溶胶粘结剂型壳

加固层采用水玻璃粘结剂型壳

同时采用离心铸造的方式

离心机转速控制在300r/min左右

可以浇注出完整的叶片

叶片表面质量好

达到了用户的要求。

Abstract

The actual production from ring nozzle in investment castings indicates that for complex ring thin-walled parts

initial two layer of solidified shell use sol silicate and enhanced layer adopts sodium silicate. Centrifugal casting at the pouring velocity within 300 r/min

meeting the requirements of the customer

can produce the ring nozzle with complete blade and good surface quality.
