摘要

介绍了弧形小方坯连铸机自动控制系统的构成、主要控制功能的实现以及生产试验、计算机仿真试验的研究。此铸机的控制系统改造思路是在消化吸收意大利DANIELI公司为首钢设计的矩形坯连铸机控制系统的基础之上给出的

为改造现有连铸机和设计现代化新铸机提供了依据。

Abstract

The configuration and various function of automatic control system for arc billet continuous caster are introduced

and practical production as well as computer simulation is conducted. The system is developed based on the automatic control system of rectangular bloom continuous caster in Capital iron & steel designed by DANIELL Co from the Italy. Some helpful experiences are given for the improvement of running continuous casters and design of new caster.
