介绍了德国1.4468高强度双相不锈钢的化学成分、金相组织、性能和精铸工艺特点。分析了合金元素在高强度双相不锈钢中的作用以及合金元素和热处理工艺对组织和性能的影响。1.4468双相不锈钢的精铸应设置较大的浇冒口

以保证充分补缩;熔炼时脱氧应充分

以避免出现毛刺、气孔、充型不良等缺陷。

Abstract

The chemical composition

microstructure

properties of 1.4468 （German brand ）high strength stainless steel with two phases and its technological features were introduced.Effects of alloying elements in the stainless steel and heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed.Larger riser should be set in investment casting to ensure the full feeding for the stainless steel.Deoxidation should be fully conducted during smelting process

and the pouring temperature should be strictly controlled to eliminate some defects including gas hole and inadequate filling as well as veining.
