熔模铸造由于受其工艺特性的局限

一般精铸件质量只有几克到几千克。据了解

目前国内批量生产的熔模铸造件最大质量也只有260kg。广州某精密铸造厂采用熔模铸造工艺多次成功生产了质量达670

00kg的铸件

该铸件是水泵配件

要求耐水压11.6MPa

其外形尺寸为1059mm×790mm

采用熔模铸造方法制作如此大件可以认为是在国内熔模铸造工艺上的一个突破。

Abstract
