Abstract
Aiming at the structure features and technological requirements for EA111 aluminum alloy oil tank
an available design plan for die casting die was described. The large end-face was selected as parting face and inner-drawing-core mechanism was used for the die casting die. Meanwhile
heating oil and heating machine were used to control the temperature of the die
and slide-slot was used to guide slide block. Vacuum-drawing system was assembled to eliminate the gas hole
